Meet Olof Christensson

I was just 28 when I stepped into my first Managing Director role. With limited experience, I leaned on energy, dedication, and — most importantly — the mentorship I received from my first boss at ASKO. He supported me not just as a manager, but as a true mentor, and that experience profoundly helped me shaping my leadership philosophy.

Over the years, I’ve held senior executive roles across industries and geographies. From greenfield launches, large strategy implementations and large scale turn arounds, I’ve learned that coaching and mentoring are not side activities — they are at the very heart of efficient leadership.

OC Coaching & Mentoring was founded to share those lessons. Built on nearly 30 years of executive experience in global companies, it reflects my passion for leadership, growth, and human development — and my commitment to supporting others in the moments that matter most in their careers.
